Marketing services allow businesses to reach their customers quickly and effectively with personalized messages and promotions.
Sellvio provides integrations for several widely used marketing services, which allow online store owners to easily and effectively reach their customers.
IMPORTANT: To use all Sellvio marketing extensions, the online store owner must have a separate account with the providers listed below.
The parameters required to set up the integration can be accessed by the online store owner immediately after creating their own account with the given provider.
Now let's take a look at the marketing services provided by Sellvio one by one.
Mailchimp
Mailchimp is an online platform for managing and automating email marketing campaigns. It allows you to send personalized messages and notifications via email, strengthening your brand identity and increasing audience engagement.
Sellvio’s Mailchimp integration allows visitors who sign up on your online store to be automatically added to Mailchimp.
Mailchimp service settings can be accessed in the sidebar under the External Services menu item under the Marketing Solutions tab or under the Newsletter & SMS menu item under the Mailing & SMS Services menu item.
- Name - this field allows administrators to assign a name to the service within the language selected in the list at the top of the service settings panel.
- Description - this field allows administrators to enter a short description or help text for the service in the language selected in the list at the top of the service settings panel.
- Active - determines whether the service is active or not. If deactivated, the marketing service will not be available to administrators.
- API Key - a unique identifier or code provided by Mailchimp. This code can be found within the settings of the web store owner's own Mailchimp account.
- Tags - A tag that can be associated with each newsletter subscriber in Mailchimp. If the webshop visitor subscribes to the newsletter on the Sellvio website, the system automatically assigns the following tags: "default", the two-letter identifier of the language as the title, depending on the language in which the site was browsed at the time of subscription, and the "marketing" tag in case the marketing-based newsletter option was also selected. In addition to the general tags, it is possible to set additional default tags.
- Contact information - under the integration settings, it is mandatory to fill in the details of the company that will send the newsletters. The company details provided here will appear in the footer of the newsletters.
- Campaign default settings - under the Mailchimp campaign default settings, the Mailchimp newsletter campaign data can be specified.
After entering the required API key and filling in the required fields, all you have to do is activate the integration and save the settings.
MailerLite
MailerLite is a practical marketing automation and email marketing system that allows online store owners to easily reach their subscribers and potential customers.
Sellvio's MailerLite integration allows visitors who subscribe to your online store to be automatically added to your MailerLite system.
MailerLite service settings can be accessed in the sidebar under the External services menu item under the Marketing Solutions tab or under the Newsletter & SMS menu item under the Mailing & SMS Services menu item.

- Groups - In MailerLite, each newsletter subscriber can be associated with a group. If a webshop visitor subscribes to the newsletter on the Sellvio website, the system automatically assigns them to the following groups: "default", with the two-letter identifier of the language as the title, depending on the language in which they were browsing the site at the time of subscription, and to the "marketing" group if they have also chosen the marketing-based newsletter option. In addition to the general groups, it is also possible to set up additional default groups.

SMS Discount
SMS Discount is a platform that enables cheap international phone calls and SMS sending.
An SMS sending marketing system that allows webshop owners to easily notify their customers.
The SMS Discount service settings can be accessed in the sidebar under the External Services menu item under the Marketing Solutions tab or under the Newsletter & SMS menu item under the Mailing & SMS Services menu item.
- Name - this field allows administrators to assign a name to the service within the language selected in the list at the top of the service settings panel.
- Description - this field allows administrators to enter a short description or help text for the service in the language selected in the list at the top of the service settings panel.
- Active - determines whether the service is active or not. If deactivated, the marketing service will not be available to administrators.
- Username - this field must contain the username registered by administrators on the official website of the external service.
- Password - this field must contain the password registered by administrators on the official website of the external service.
- Auto-enable - If this option is enabled, the SMS will be sent automatically as soon as the order status changes.
SendGrid
SendGrid is a cloud-based email sending and marketing platform that supports transactional and marketing email sending, email reputation tracking, and customizable DKIM features, and easily integrates with other systems. It allows you to use personalized templates, view delivery reports, and provides 24/7 customer support for select users.
- Name - This field allows administrators to assign a name to the service in the language selected in the list at the top of the service settings panel.
- Description - This field allows administrators to provide a short description or help text for the service in the language selected in the list at the top of the service settings panel.
- API Key - A unique identifier used to authenticate and authorize access
- Active - Determines whether the service is active or not. If deactivated, the marketing service will not be available to administrators.
